The nationally treasured Parkview Square building in Singapore, is to reveal the country’s most highly anticipated bar concept of recent years – ATLAS. Opening in March and located in the vibrant ground floor lobby of the unique office tower, The bar will welcome residents, professionals and drinks aficionados from Singapore and beyond to a stand-out, sophisticated all-day drinking and dining destination.
Moreover, a unique Gin Collection will provide the world’s most diverse and thoughtfully curated physical compilation of this popular spirit. Assembled in an impressive ceiling-high tower, the display will form the centrepiece of the expansive venue. Appointed by Master of Gin, Jason Williams, the selection includes everything from 1910 London dry gins to the best of modern craft gins from the far corners of the world, many of which have been generously contributed by their distillers, whilst others have been hand-carried from far and wide by new and old friends.
Beneath the bar lies a bespoke rose gold walk-in Champagne Room housing the ATLAS Champagne Collection. Guests are invited to taste the rare treasures from one of Asia’s most sought-after Champagne lists, some of which have been personally selected from the Parkview Family cellar, and others which originate from the finest Champagne houses in the world today.
A blend of European influences make dining at Atlas an all-day affair: from light continental offerings in the morning, through lunch, afternoon high tea and dinner, to delightful bar food late into the evening. Each dish has been painstakingly researched by Executive Chef Daniele Sperindio, formerly of The Tippling Club Group, to offer contemporary and artful renditions of the classic flavors of Art Deco Europe.
